Using this website
You're welcome to browse our site and request a free website preview. You agree to provide accurate information when you contact us and not to use our site for any unlawful purpose.
Our services
We design, build, host, and maintain websites for small businesses. If you become a client, the specific details of your plan, pricing, and terms are set out in the written service agreement we sign with you. That signed agreement, together with these terms, governs our working relationship. If anything in the two ever conflicts, your signed agreement controls.
The free preview
We may build a preview of your website before you commit to anything, at no cost and with no obligation. A preview is for your review only. It does not go live, and it remains our work, until you sign an agreement and your plan begins.
Fees and billing
- Pricing for clients is set out in your signed service agreement.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe, by bank payment or card.
- Recurring fees are billed automatically on the schedule described in your agreement and continue until cancelled.
- If a payment is significantly late, we may pause your website until the balance is resolved, then restore it once payment is current.
Your content
You're responsible for the materials you provide for your website, such as your logo, photos, text, and business details. You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you give us, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. Your content remains yours.
Ownership
- Your business name, logo, photos, content, and domain name remain yours. We'll transfer your domain to you or another host on request.
- The website design and underlying code remain part of the Storefront Websites service while your plan is active.
Cancellation
You may cancel your plan as described in your signed agreement. When you cancel, hosting and maintenance stop at the end of your final billing period, and we'll help move your domain if you wish.
Our commitment and limits
We build and maintain your site with genuine care. That said, we can't guarantee specific business results, such as a set number of customers or particular search rankings, because those depend on many factors outside our control. Our services are provided "as is," and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before any claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business interruption.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
